O you who believe! fight those of the unbelievers who are near to you and let them find in you hardness; and know that Allah is with those who guard (against evil). 123 When a chapter (of the Quran) is revealed, some people ask others, "Whose faith among you people has received strength from this (revelation)?" It (the revelation) certainly strengthens the faith of the believers and they consider it to be a glad news. 124 but as for those with sickness in their hearts, it adds defilement to their defilement and they die in a state of denial of truth. 125 Do they not realize that God tests them once or twice a year but, nevertheless, they do not repent and give it proper thought? 126 And whenever a chapter is sent down, one of them looks at the other; “Is there someone watching you?” and then they turn away; Allah has inverted their hearts because they are a people who do not understand. 127 INDEED, there has come unto you [O mankind] an Apostle from among yourselves: heavily weighs - upon him [the thought] that you might suffer [in the life to come]; full of concern for you [is he, and] full of compassion and mercy towards the believers. 128 But if they turn away, say, "God suffices me: there is no deity but He: in Him I have put my trust. He is the Lord of the Glorious Throne." 129
True are the words of God the Almighty.
