Do the disbelievers reckon that they can choose My bondmen as protecting friends beside Me? Lo! We have prepared hell as a welcome for the disbelievers. 102 Say: "Shall I tell you whose labour will be wasted? 103 “Of those whose efforts are lost in (pursuit of) the life of this world, and they think that they are doing good deeds.” 104 "They are those who deny the Ayat (proofs, evidences, verses, lessons, signs, revelations, etc.) of their Lord and the Meeting with Him (in the Hereafter). So their works are in vain, and on the Day of Resurrection, We shall not give them any weight. 105 That is their reward: hell, because they disbelieved, and made a jest of Our revelations and Our messengers. 106 Surely (as for) those who believe and do good deeds, their place of entertainment shall be the gardens of paradise, 107 "Wherein they shall dwell (forever). No desire will they have to be removed therefrom." 108 Tell them, "If the ocean became ink for writing the words of my Lord, surely the ocean would be exhausted before the words of my Lord came to an end -- even if We were to add another ocean to it." 109 Say thou: I am but a human being like yourselves; revealed unto me is that your God is One God. Whosoever then hopeth for the meeting with his Lord, let him work righteous work, and let him not associate in the worship of his Lord anyone. 110
