The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Ta Sin Mim. 1 These are verses of the clear Book. 2 Perhaps you consume yourself that they are not believers. 3 If We will, We shall send down on them out of heaven a sign, so their necks will stay humbled to it. 4 But never fresh remembrance comes to them from the All-merciful, except they turn away from it. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how many We caused to grow in it every generous kind? 7 Verily there are signs in this; yet many of them do not believe. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
