Blessed is He Who made the constellations in the heavens and made therein a lamp and a shining moon. 61 And it is He Who hath appointed the night and the day a succession, for him who desireth to consider or desireth to be grateful. 62 (Among) the servants of the Beneficent God are those who walk gently on the earth and when addressed by the ignorant ones, their only response is, "Peace be with you." 63 who pass the night prostrate to their Lord and standing; 64 who say, "Our Lord, ward off from us the punishment of Hell, for its punishment is a dreadful torment to suffer. 65 "Evil indeed is it as an abode, and as a place to rest in"; 66 And those who, when they spend, are neither prodigal nor grudging; and there is ever a firm station between the two; 67 And those who do not invoke with Allah another deity or kill the soul which Allah has forbidden [to be killed], except by right, and do not commit unlawful sexual intercourse. And whoever should do that will meet a penalty. 68 [but] shall have his suffering doubled on Resurrection Day: for on that [Day] he shall abide in ignominy. 69 except he who repents and believes and does good works those, Allah will change their evil deeds into good deeds; Allah is ever Forgiving and Merciful. 70 And he who repents and does righteousness does indeed turn to Allah with [accepted] repentance. 71 And those who do not give false testimony, and when they pass near some indecency, they pass by it saving their honour. 72 who do not turn a blind eye and a deaf ear to the signs of their Lord when they are reminded of them; 73 And those who say: "Our Lord! Bestow on us from our wives and our offspring who will be the comfort of our eyes, and make us leaders for the Muttaqun" (pious - see V. 2:2 and the footnote of V. 3:164)." 74 They will all receive Paradise as their reward for their forbearance and patience, where they will be greeted with, "Peace be with you." 75 And abide there for ever: What an excellent destination and abode! 76 O Muhammad, tell the people, "MyLord does not care at all if you do not invoke Him. Now that you have denied (His Revelation), you will soon be awarded such a punishment which you will never be able to avoid." 77
