The Poets (Alshu'araa')

In the name of Allah, the Compassionate, the Merciful

۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. 1 These are the verses of a Book luminous. 2 It may be that you will destroy yourself with grief because they will not believe. 3 If We will, We shall send down on them out of heaven a sign, so their necks will stay humbled to it. 4 Never does a new reminder come to them from Ar-Rahman but they turn away from it. 5 Now they have denied (the Truth); but there will come unto them tidings of that whereat they used to scoff. 6 Have they not seen the earth in which We have made gracious plants grow? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
