The tree of al-Zaqqum 43 shall be food for the sinners: 44 Like boiling oil, it will boil in the bellies, 45 like the boiling of burning despair. 46 (And it will be said): Take him and drag him to the midst of hell, 47 then pour over his head the anguish of burning despair! 48 'Taste! Surely thou art the mighty, the noble. 49 This is certainly what you had denied." 50 But those mindful of God will be in a safe place, 51 In the midst of gardens and of springs, 52 robed in silk and brocade, set face to face. 53 Thus shall it be: and We shall espouse them to fair, wide-eyed maidens. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They will never taste death therein except the first death (of this world), and He will save them from the torment of the blazing Fire, 56 as a bounty from your Lord. That will be the mighty triumph. 57 And We have made this Qur’an easy in your language, for them to understand. 58 Wait then (O Muhammad SAW); Verily, they (too) are waiting. 59
