But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 as well as all that you cannot see: 39 because the Quran is certainly the word of a reverent messenger. 40 It is not the speech of a poet little do you believe 41 and neither is it - however little you may [be prepared to] take it to heart - the word of a soothsayer: 42 Sent down by the Lord Of The Creation. 43 Had he invented against Us any sayings, 44 We would surely have seized him by the right hand, 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 Then none among you would be his saviour. 47 Surely it is a Good Counsel for the God-fearing. 48 And most surely We know that some of you are rejecters. 49 And verily it shall be an occasion of anguish unto the infidels. 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 Extol, then the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 52
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: Incontestable (Al-Haaqqah). Sent down in Mecca after Kingship (Al-Mulk) before The Heights (Al-Ma'aarej)
