۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 (Who said): Lo! these indeed are but a little troop, 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 And treasures and agreeable mansions. 58 Thus we let the Israelites inherit them all. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 And when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa (Moses) said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, every one; 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 67 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 68
