The Heifer (Al-Baqarah)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

Alif, Lam, Meem. 1 THIS DIVINE WRIT - let there be no doubt about it - is [meant to be] a guidance for all the God-conscious. 2 the pious who believe in the unseen, attend to prayer, give in charity part of what We have granted them; 3 who believe in what has been sent down to thee and what has been sent down before thee, and have faith in the Hereafter; 4 Such people are on the right way from their Lord and such are truly successful. 5 Indeed, those who disbelieve - it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe. 6 Allah has sealed up their hearts and ears and a covering has fallen over their eyes, and they have incurred the severest punishment. 7
