And says man: What! when I am dead shall I truly be brought forth alive? 66 Does he not remember that We created him when he did not exist? 67 And so, by thy Sustainer, [on Judgment Day] We shall most certainly bring them forth together with the satanic forces [which impelled them in life] and then We shall most certainly gather them, on their knees, around hell; 68 Then shall We certainly drag out from every sect all those who were worst in obstinate rebellion against (Allah) Most Gracious. 69 And surely We are Best Aware of those most worthy to be burned therein. 70 And every one of you will come within sight of it: this is, with thy Sustainer, a decree that must be fulfilled. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 And when Our manifest revelations are rehearsed unto them, those who disbelieve say unto those who believe: which of the two portions is better in station and goodlier in company? 73 And many a generation We did destroy before them, who exceeded them in wealth and pomp! 74 (Muhammad), tell them, "The Beneficent God gives respite to those who have gone astray only until they face the torment with which they were threatened or to the Day of Judgment. Then they will find out who will have the most miserable place and the weakest forces. 75 Allah will increase those who were guided in guidance and things that abide. Good deeds are better in reward with your Lord, and, better in return. 76 Have you seen him who denies Our revelations, and says: "I will certainly be given wealth and children." 77 Has he looked to the unseen, or has he made a pledge to the Merciful One? 78 Never; We shall now record what he says and give him a prolonged punishment. 79 We shall inherit that of which he speaks and he will come before Us alone. 80 And they have taken gods besides Allah, that they should be to them a source of strength; 81 Never. They will deny their devotion and become their adversaries. 82
