The Believers (Al-Mu' minoon)
118 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Prophets (Al-Anbyaa') before Prostration (Al-Sajdah)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Certainly will the believers have succeeded: 1 Those who humbly cry in their prayers. 2 And who keep aloof from what is vain, 3 And who are givers of poor-rate, 4 And those who guard their chastity (i.e. private parts, from illegal sexual acts) 5 Except from their wives or those their right hands possess, for indeed, they will not be blamed - 6 But whoever seeks to go beyond that, these are they that exceed the limits; 7 And those who fulfil their trusts and keep their promises; 8 and who observe their prayers. 9 It is they, they who shall be the inheritors 10 Who will inherit paradise. There they will abide. 11 We created man from an essence of clay, 12 Thereafter We made him of a sperm in a receptacle safe. 13 Then We fashioned the sperm into an embryo, then fashioned the embryo into a shapeless lump of flesh; then from the lump of flesh We fashioned bones, then clothed the bones with flesh. Thus We formed him into a new creation. So blessed be God the best of Creators. 14 And then you will certainly die, 15 and you will be brought back to life again on the Day of Resurrection. 16 And We have made, above you, seven tracts; and We are never unmindful of (our) Creation. 17 And We sent down from the sky water (rain) in (due) measure, and We gave it lodging in the earth, and verily, We are Able to take it away. 18 And We brought forth for you thereby gardens of palm trees and grapevines in which for you are abundant fruits and from which you eat. 19 also a tree growing on Mount Sinai which produces oil and a condiment for those who eat it. 20 And verily in the cattle for you is a lesson. We give you to drink of that which is in their bellies, and for you in them are advantages many, and of them ye eat. 21 And on them and on the ship ye are carried. 22

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
