Remember also Our servant Job; when he called to his Lord, 'Behold, Satan has visited me with weariness and chastisement.' 41 (We answered his prayer, healed his sickness, and told him), "Run on your feet. This is cool water (for you) to wash and drink". 42 And We bestowed upon him new offspring, doubling their number as an act of grace from Us, and as a reminder unto all who are endowed with insight. 43 We said to Him, "Take a handful of twigs in your hand and strike with that but do not break your oath." We found him steadfast. What an excellent servant! He turned constantly to his Lord. 44 Remember also Our servants Abraham, Isaac and Jacob -- men of might they and of vision. 45 Verily We! We distinguished them with a distinct quality: the remembrance of the Abode. 46 Indeed with Us they are among the chosen, the excellent. 47 And remember Ishmael, Elisha and Dhul-Kifl, and all are among the outstanding. 48 Such is their noble story. The pious ones will certainly have the best place to return. 49 Gardens of Eden with gates open wide to them, 50 Therein they will recline; therein they will call for plenteous fruit and drink. 51 ۞ And with them will be virgins of refraining looks and of equal age. 52 All this is what you are promised for the Day of Judgement. 53 Truly such will be Our Bounty (to you); it will never fail;- 54 This (for the virtuous); but for the transgressors the evil destination, 55 Hell, where they will be roasted. An evil place to dwell! 56 Here is a boiling and an ice-cold draught, so let them taste it, 57 and other similar to it, joined together. 58 Here is a multitude rushing headlong with you. There is no welcome for them. They will roast in the fire. 59 (The followers of the misleaders will say): "Nay, you (too)! No welcome for you! It is you (misleaders) who brought this upon us (because you misled us in the world), so evil is this place to stay in!" 60 adding, "Our Lord, give double punishment to those who brought this upon us." 61 They will say to one another: “But why do we not see those whom we considered him among the wicked? 62 "Did we treat them (as such) in ridicule, or have (our) eyes failed to perceive them?" 63 Indeed this is really true – the people of the hell quarrelling among themselves. 64
