Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the Name of Allah, the Most Beneficent, the Most Merciful
۞ I swear by the Day of Resurrection; 1 And I swear by the self-reproaching person (a believer). 2 Does man imagine that We will not be able to bring his bones together again? 3 Yes, We are Able to put together in perfect order the tips of his fingers. 4 But man would fain deny what is before him. 5 He asks: When is the day of resurrection? 6 When the sight is dazed, 7 And the moon shall be ecliped. 8 And sun and moon are united, 9 That Day will Man say: "Where is the refuge?" 10 By no means! there shall be no place of refuge! 11 With your Lord alone will be the retreat that Day. 12 On that day, man will be informed of all what he sent ahead and left behind. 13 In fact man is a witness against himself, 14 even though he may veil himself in excuses. 15 [Prophet], do not move your tongue too fast in your attempt to learn this revelation: 16 It is for Us to collect it and to promulgate it: 17 When We recite it, follow its recitation. 18 Again on Us (devolves) the explaining of it. 19 Nay, (ye men!) but ye love the fleeting life, 20 And leave (neglect) the Hereafter. 21 Some faces that Day shall be Nadirah (shining and radiant). 22 Looking towards their Lord; 23 And on that day some faces will be ghastly. 24 Knowing that there will be made to befall them some great calamity. 25 Yea, when (the soul) reaches to the collar-bone (in its exit), 26 And it is said, "Who will cure [him]?" 27 and he knows that it is the time of parting; 28 And one leg will be joined with another: 29 The drive will be, on that Day, to your Lord (Allah)! 30

Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
