Al-A'alaa

The All High (Al-A'alaa)

19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)

In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Exalt the name of your Lord, the Most High, 1 who created all things and gave them due proportions, 2 And the One Who kept proper measure and then guided. 3 Who brings out the pastures 4 and then made it into a blackish straw. 5 We will make you recite so you shall not forget, 6 Except what Allah should will. Indeed, He knows what is declared and what is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore remind (men) in case the reminder profits (them). 9 The reminder will be received by him who fears (Allah), 10 But the wretched one will avoid it - 11 he who [in the life to come] shall have to endure the great fire 12 Wherein he shall neither die nor live, 13 Surely he will succeed who grows in goodness, 14 remembering his Lord's name and praying. 15 But you prefer the life of this world, 16 Although the Hereafter is better and more lasting. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 the Scriptures of Abraham and Moses. 19
