۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 And most surely they have enraged us; 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 And treasures and a station noble. 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two bodies saw each other, the people of Moses said: "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Musa said: by no means; verily with me is my Lord; He shall guide me. 62 Then We inspired to Moses, "Strike with your staff the sea," and it parted, and each portion was like a great towering mountain. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 And We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And verily, your Lord! He is truly the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 68
