The dwellers of the forest also rejected the Messengers. 176 Shu'aib said to them: 'Will you not be cautious? 177 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust. 178 So fear Allah and obey me. 179 “And I do not ask from you any fee for it; my reward is only upon the Lord Of The Creation.” 180 ۞ Give full measure and do not cheat; 181 Weigh your goods with proper balance 182 "And withhold not things justly due to men, nor do evil in the land, working mischief. 183 "And fear Him Who created you and the generations of the men of old." 184 They said: "You are no more than one of those who have been bewitched, 185 "You are but a human being like us and verily, we think that you are one of the liars! 186 But in case you are speaking the truth, then make a segment of the sky to fall upon us." 187 (Shu'aib) said: "My Lord knows well what you are doing." 188 But they denied him, so there came on them the retribution of the day of gloom. Lo! it was the retribution of an awful day. 189 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 190 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 191
