Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

۞ Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast? 1 And taken off from you your burden, 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And raised high your fame? 4 Surely with difficulty is ease. 5 surely, with every hardship there is ease. 6 Hence, when thou art freed [from distress,] remain steadfast, 7 And make your Lord your exclusive object. 8

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
