The Shocker (Al-Qaare'ah)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Quraish (Quraish) before Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

The Striking! 1 What is the startling calamity? 2 What shall Make thee know that which the Striking is? 3 [It is] a Day when mankind shall be like scattered moths 4 and mountains will be like carded wool. 5 Then he whose scales weigh heavier 6 He is therefore in the desired bliss. 7 but he whose deeds weigh light in the Balance 8 Will have the Abyss for abode. 9 Ah, what will convey unto thee what she is! - 10 It is the scorching fire. 11
