Surely those who guard (against evil) shall have with their Lord gardens of bliss. 34 What, shall we make those who have surrendered like to the sinners? 35 What ails you? How ill you judge! 36 Or have you a Book wherein you study? 37 That you have surely therein what you choose? 38 Or have you oaths from Us, reaching to the Day of Resurrection? Surely you shall have whatever you judge! 39 Ask them, which of them will guarantee that! 40 Or do they have partners? Then let them bring their partners, if they should be truthful. 41 Remember the Day whereon the shank shall be bared and they shall be called upon to Prostrate themselves, but they shall not be able. 42 Their eyes will be cast down, ignominy will cover them; they used to be called to prostrate (offer prayers), while they were healthy and good (in the life of the world, but they did not). 43 Hence, leave Me alone with such as give the lie to this tiding. We shall bring them low, step by step, without their perceiving how it has come about: 44 Yet I will give them respite: Surely My plan is compact. 45 Or is it that you (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) ask any fee from them, so they are burdened with the penalty? 46 Or is the Unseen theirs that they can write (thereof)? 47 So wait with patience for the Decision of your Lord, and be not like the Companion of the Fish, when he cried out (to Us) while he was in deep sorrow. (See the Quran, Verse 21:87). 48 Had not Grace from his Lord reached him, he would indeed have been cast off on the naked shore, in disgrace. 49 And his Lord chose him and made him of the righteous. 50 And those who disbelieve well-nigh cause thee to stumble with their looks when they hear the admonition, and they say: verily he is mad. 51 And it is naught but a reminder to the nations. 52
