We also favored Moses and Aaron 114 and We saved them and their people from the awesome calamity [of bondage,] 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We bestowed the clear Book to both of them. 117 and guided them upon the Straight Path. 118 and perpetuated their praise in later generations. 119 Peace be unto Moses and Aaron! 120 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Will ye cry unto Baal and forsake the Best of creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they belied him, so they will be among the arraigned (in Hell), 127 Except the sincere and devoted Servants of Allah (among them). 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Salamun (peace) be upon Ilyasin (Elias)!" 130 Even so We recompense the good-doers; 131 He was one of Our believing servants. 132 So also was Lut among those sent (by Us). 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 Then We totally destroyed the others. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 and at night.
