All that is on earth will perish: 26 only the Person of your Lord, full of majesty and splendour, will endure. 27 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 28 Whoever is within the heavens and earth asks Him; every day He is bringing about a matter. 29 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 30 We will attend to you, O prominent beings. 31 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 34 Flames of smokeless fire and black smoke without flames, will be let loose on you, so you will not be able to retaliate. 35 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 36 When the sky is rent asunder, and it becomes red like ointment: 37 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 38 Of his sin will be questioned that Day neither man nor jinn. 39 (We shall see) which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 40 The guilty shall be recognized by their marks, so they shall be seized by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which of the powers of your Lord, will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 42 This is the hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 they shall go round between it and between hot, boiling water. 44 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 45
