Say: 'Journey in the land, then behold how was the end of them that cried lies.' 11 Say: 'To whom belongs what is in the heavens and in the earth?' Say: 'It is God's. He has prescribed for Himself mercy. He will surely gather you to the Resurrection Day, of which is no doubt. Those who have lost their souls, they do not believe. 12 ۞ And to Him only belongs all whatever exists in the night and in the day; and He only is the All Hearing, the All Knowing. 13 Say: Shall I take a guardian besides Allah, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, and He feeds (others) and is not (Himself) fed. Say: I am commanded to be the first who submits himself, and you should not be of the polytheists. 14 Say, "Indeed I fear, if I should disobey my Lord, the punishment of a tremendous Day." 15 He from whom it is averted that Day - [Allah] has granted him mercy. And that is the clear attainment. 16 And if Allah touches you with harm, none can remove it but He, and if He touches you with good, then He is Able to do all things. 17 It is He who prevails over His creatures, and He is all-wise and aware. 18 Say: 'God is witness between me and you, and this Koran has been revealed to me that I may warn you thereby, and whomsoever it may reach. Do you indeed testify that there are other gods with God?' Say: 'I do not testify.' Say: 'He is only One God, and I am quit of that you associate.' 19 They unto whom we have vouchsafed revelation aforetime know this as they know their own children; yet those [of them] who have squandered their own selves - it is they who refuse to believe. 20
