What! Are ye the more difficult to create or the heaven (above)? (Allah) hath constructed it: 27 He raised high its height, then put it into a right good state. 28 and covered its night with darkness and brought forth from it its day; 29 And the earth, He expanded it after that. 30 He draweth out therefrom its moisture and its pasture; 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 (To be) a provision and benefit for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great calamity will come about 34 the Day when the human will remember what he has worked for, 35 And the Scorch will be made apparent to any one who beholdeth. 36 then as for whosoever was insolent 37 And preferred the life of the world, 38 Verily the Scorch! that shall be his resort. 39 But unto him who shall have stood in fear of his Sustainer's Presence, and held back his inner self from base desires, 40 shall dwell in Paradise. 41 They ask you, [O Muhammad], about the Hour: when is its arrival? 42 In what [position] are you that you should mention it? 43 Its knowledge rests with your Lord. 44 you are but a warner for those who fear it. 45 The Day they see it, (It will be) as if they had tarried but a single evening, or (at most till) the following morn! 46
