Al-Dukhaan 3 of 3
Verily, [in the life to come] the tree of deadly fruit 43 is food for the sinner. 44 It will be like molted brass which will boil in the bellies 45 as boiling water bubbles. 46 [And the word will be spoken:] "Seize him, [O you forces of hell,] and drag him into the midst of the blazing fire: 47 "Then pour over his head the torment of scalding water." 48 "Taste you (this)! Verily, you were (pretending to be) the mighty, the generous! 49 This is what you doubted?" 50 Indeed, for those who feared (Allah) is a secure place 51 amidst gardens and springs. 52 wearing [garments] of silk and brocade, facing one another [in love]. 53 Thus shall it be. And We shall pair them with companions pure, most beautiful of eye. 54 They will call therein for every kind of fruit in peace and security; 55 They will not experience any death other than that which they have already been through. 56 As bounty from your Lord. That is what is the great attainment. 57 And indeed, We have eased the Qur'an in your tongue that they might be reminded. 58 So be on the watch; they too are on the watch. 59
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.

(1) وقف لازم، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي نقطة وقف. (2) وقف جائز مع الوقف أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلثين. (3) وقف جائز مع تساوي أولوية الوقف والوصل، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال النصف للنصف. (4) وقف جائز مع الوصل أولى، حيث يستخدم الرسم الإنجليزي فاصلة قد تظهر باحتمال الثلث. When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
