Nooh 2 of 2

Nuh said: My Lord! surely they have disobeyed me and followed him whose wealth and children have added to him nothing but loss. 21 And they contrived a plot of great magnitude, 22 They said: “Do not abandon your deities; do not abandon Wadd, nor Suwa, nor Yaghuth, nor Yauq, nor Nasr. 23 And already they have misled many. And, [my Lord], do not increase the wrongdoers except in error." 24 Because of their sins they were drowned and put into the Fire, and they found not for themselves besides Allah [any] helpers. 25 And Noah prayed: "O my Sustainer! Leave not on earth any of those who deny the truth: 26 If you leave them, they will lead Your creatures astray, and beget but iniquitous and ungrateful offspring. 27 Lord! Forgive me and my parents and every true believer who enters my house, forgive all the believing men and believing women; and bestow no increase upon the wrongdoers except in ruin? 28

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: Noah (Nooh). Sent down in Mecca after The Bee (Al-nahl) before Abraham (Ibrahim)
