The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Glorify the name of thy Guardian-Lord Most High, 1 Who created and proportioned 2 Who determines and directs, 3 Who bringeth forth the pasturage, 4 then turns it into black stubble. 5 We shall make thee recite, to forget not 6 Unless God may please. He knows the visible and knows what is hidden. 7 And We shall ease thy way unto the state of ease. 8 Remind, if the reminder can be of benefit. 9 He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 who will roast in the Great Fire, 12 Then he neither dies in it, nor lives. 13 Indeed successful is the one who became pure. 14 and mentions the Name of his Lord, and prays. 15 But ye prefer the life of this world, 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 Indeed this is in the former scriptures. 18 The Books of Abraham and Moses. 19
God the Almighty always says the truth.
