۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 And verily, that is indeed a great oath, if you but know. 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 preserved in a hidden Book which 78 Which none can touch except the purified. 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Would you say that this statement is a lie? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 and you are watching at that time 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 Then why do you not, if you are exempt from the reckoning and recompense (punishment, etc.) 86 That you bring it back, if you are truthful? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 and if he be a Companion of the Right: 90 Then: peace unto thee, for thou art of those on the right hand. 91 If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 He will burn in Hell. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 So glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
تشير بداية ونهاية كل سورة الى السور المنزلة قبلها و بعدها. يمكنك الضغط على أي منها للذهاب إليها.
The beginning and end of every Surah mention the Surahs sent down before and after. You can click or tap on either one to go there.
