۞ We sent a revelation to Moses telling him to leave with our servants during the night; they would be pursued (by the Pharaoh). 52 Then Pharaoh sent among the cities gatherers 53 "These," they said, "are only a small band, 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 Even so. And We gave them as a heritage to the children of Israel. 59 Then they followed them at the sunrise; 60 When the two forces drew within seeing distance of each other, the people of Moses said: "We shall certainly be overtaken." 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 Then We revealed to Moses, 'Strike with thy staff the sea'; and it clave, and each part was as a mighty mount. 63 Then brought We near the others to that place. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 In this there was certainly evidence (of the Truth), but most of them did not have any faith. 67 And yet, verily, thy Sustainer - He alone - is almighty, a dispenser of grace! 68
