We were indeed gracious to Moses and Aaron, 114 And We delivered them and their people from (their) Great Calamity; 115 And We succoured them so that they became overcomers. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 and showed them the Straight Way, 118 And We left for them [favorable mention] among later generations: 119 "Peace and salutation to Moses and Aaron!" 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 They are among Our faithful devotees. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 God, your Sustainer and the Sustainer of your forebears of old?" 126 But they denounced him as a liar, so they will surely be arraigned (for punishment), 127 But not the servants of Allah, the purified ones. 128 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 129 "Peace upon Elias." 130 Verily, thus do We reward the doers of good 131 He is truly among Our faithful devotees. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 And indeed you pass over them in the morning. – 137 And at night; will you not then reflect? 138
