The Romans (Al-Room)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ AlifLaamMeem. 1 The Romans have been defeated. 2 In the nearby land, and after their defeat they will soon be victorious. 3 in a few years. To Allah belongs the Command before and after, and on that Day the believers will rejoice 4 With the help of Allah. He helps whom He will, and He is exalted in might, most merciful. 5 This is the promise of God. God does not ignore His promise, but many people do not know. 6 They know an outward part of this life, but of the Everlasting Life they are inattentive. 7 Do they not think for themselves that God did not create the heavens and the earth and all that lies between them without reason and a determined purpose? But many men reject the meeting with their Lord. 8 Do they not travel through the earth, and see what was the end of those before them? They were superior to them in strength: they tilled the soil and populated it in greater numbers than these have done: there came to them their messengers with Clear (Signs). (Which they rejected, to their own destruction): It was not Allah Who wronged them, but they wronged their own souls. 9 Evil was the end of those evil-doers, for they gave the lie to Allah's Signs and scoffed at them. 10

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
