The Quake (Al-Zalzalah)

8 verses, revealed in Medina after Women (Al-Nesaa) before Iron (Al-Hadeed)

In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful

When the earth is shaken by the shaking thereof, 1 And when the earth throws out its burdens, 2 And man says, "What is [wrong] with it?" - 3 On that day earth will narrate its news, 4 for that her Lord has inspired her. 5 On that Day mankind shall issue in scatterings to see their deeds. 6 So whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it, 7 And whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it. 8

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
