And on the day when the enemies of Allah are herded towards the fire, the earlier groups will be restrained till the latter join them. 19 when they come close to it, their ears, eyes and skins will testify against them for their misdeeds. 20 And they will say to their skins, "Why have you testified against us?" They will say, "We were made to speak by Allah, who has made everything speak; and He created you the first time, and to Him you are returned. 21 And you have not been hiding against yourselves, lest your ears, and your eyes, and your skins testify against you, but you thought that Allah knew not much of what you were doing. 22 That, your thought which ye did think about your Lord, hath ruined you; and ye find yourselves (this day) among the lost. 23 Even if they are patient, the Fire will still be their homes. And if they pray to be allowed to make amends, they will not be allowed to do so. 24 ۞ And We have appointed for them comrades so they have made fair-seeming to them what is before them and what is behind them, and the word proved true against them-- among the nations of the jinn and the men that have passed away before them-- that they shall surely be losers. 25
