The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta-Sin-Mim. [These letters are one of the miracles of the Quran, and none but Allah (Alone) knows their meanings.] 1 These are the verses of the clear Book. 2 It may be that you will destroy yourself with grief because they will not believe. 3 We could send down from the heavens a sign to them if We pleased, before which their heads would remain bowed. 4 Never does there come to them an admonition from the Merciful Lord but they turn away from it. 5 So they have indeed rejected (the truth), therefore the news of that which they mock shall soon come to them. 6 Did they not look at the earth - how much We have produced therein from every noble kind? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 Verily Your Lord is Infinitely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 9
