Al-Duhaa

The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after Dawn (Al-Fajr) before Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By the morning hours 1 And [by] the night when it covers with darkness, 2 (Muhammad), your Lord has not abandoned you (by not sending you His revelation), nor is He displeased with you. 3 The Last shall be better for you than the First. 4 And presently thy Lord shall give unto thee so that thou shalt be well-pleased. 5 Did He not find you as an orphan and give you shelter? 6 Did He not find thee erring, and guide thee? 7 And found thee in want, and given thee sufficiency? 8 As for the orphan, do not oppress him, 9 and do not reject the beggars 10 And as for the favor of your Lord, do announce (it). 11

Almighty Allah's Truth.
