۞ O men, it is you who stand in need of God. As for God, He is above all need, worthy of praise. 15 He can put you away, if He will, and bring a new creation 16 And this is not hard to Allah. 17 Nor can a bearer of burdens bear another's burdens if one heavily laden should call another to (bear) his load. Not the least portion of it can be carried (by the other). Even though he be nearly related. Thou canst but admonish such as fear their Lord unseen and establish regular Prayer. And whoever purifies himself does so for the benefit of his own soul; and the destination (of all) is to Allah. 18 Not equal are the blind and the seeing man, 19 Nor darkness and light, 20 nor cool shade and torrid heat; 21 Equal are not the living and the dead. Verily God makes those He will to listen; but you cannot make those hear who are in their graves. 22 You are simply a warner. 23 We have sent you with the truth, to give glad tidings and to warn. Never has there been a community to which an admonisher was not sent. 24 And if they reject thee, so did their predecessors, to whom came their messengers with Clear Signs, Books of dark prophecies, and the Book of Enlightenment. 25 [but] in the end I took to task all those who were bent on denying the truth: and how awesome was My rejection! 26
