Al-Zukhruf 7 of 7
"O My servants, you need not fear this Day, nor shall you grieve" -- 68 Those who believed in Our communications and were submissive: 69 'Enter Paradise, you and your wives, walking with joy!' 70 To them will be passed large platters and cups of gold. There will be all that souls desire and all that eyes delight in. (And it will be said:) 'There you shall live for ever. 71 This is the Paradise you will inherit (as meed) for your deeds. 72 Therein you have abundant fruits, whereof you may eat.' 73 But the evil-doers shall abide in the torment of Hell. 74 Never will their torment be lightened for them. They shall remain in utter despair. 75 And it is not We who will be doing wrong unto them, but it is they who will have wronged themselves. 76 They shall call out: “O Malik, let your Lord put an end to us.” He will reply: “You must stay on in it. 77 We brought you the truth but most of you disliked it". 78 Why - can they [who deny the truth ever] determine what [the truth] should be? 79 Do they fancy that We do not listen to their whispers and their counselling? Why not, We surely do! And Our angels are with them, writing down. 80 Say: "If Ar-Rahman had a son I would have been the first of worshippers." 81 Glory to the Lord of the heavens and the earth, the Lord of power, from what they describe. 82 So leave them (alone) to speak nonsense and play until they meet the Day of theirs, which they have been promised. 83 It is He who is God in heaven, and God on earth: He is the Wise One, the All Knowing; 84 Blessed is He to whom belongs the heavens, the earth and all that is between them and who has the knowledge of the Hour of Doom. To Him you will all return. 85 Those whom they call upon, instead of Allah have no power of intercession, except such that testify to the truth based on knowledge. 86 If thou askest them, 'Who created you?' they will say, 'God.' How then are they perverted? 87 The Prophet has said, "Lord! Truly they are a people who do not believe." 88 But turn away from them, and say "Peace!" But soon shall they know! 89

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
