Al-Aadeyaat
The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)
11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
By the snorting, panting horses, 1 And strike sparks of fire, 2 Then those charging in the morning 3 And therein raising dust. 4 dividing the gathering. 5 Surely Man is ungrateful to his Lord, 6 And to that fact he bears witness (by his deeds); 7 And lo! in the love of wealth he is violent. 8 ۞ Is he not aware of the time when the contents of the graves will be brought out? 9 And that which is (locked up) in (human) breasts is made manifest- 10 their Lord will examine his deeds? 11
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
