Al-Haaqqah 2 of 2
No! I swear by that you see 38 and by what you do not see, 39 most surely, this is the word brought by a noble messenger, 40 and is not - however little you may [be prepared to] believe it - the word of a poet; 41 Nor is it the speech of a sooth-sayer. Little are ye admonished. 42 It has been revealed by the Lord of the Universe. 43 And if he had fabricated against Us some of the sayings, 44 We would have seized him by the right hand 45 and would indeed have cut his life-vein. 46 And none of you could withhold Us from (punishing) him. 47 Surely it is a Reminder to the godfearing; 48 And lo! We know that some among you will deny (it). 49 Indeed, it is a sorrow to the unbelievers 50 yet indeed it is the truth of certainty. 51 So glorify the name of thy Lord Most High. 52
True are the words of God the Almighty.
