Say: 'Lord, if You should show me that which they are promised, 93 “Therefore my Lord, do not group me with the unjust.” 94 We have certainly the power to make you see what We have promised them. 95 (O Muhammad)! Repel evil in the best manner. We are well aware of all that they say about you. 96 And say, "My Lord, I seek refuge in You from the incitements of the devils, 97 I seek refuge with You, Lord, lest they should come near me." 98 [For such is the state of the disbelievers], until, when death comes to one of them, he says, "My Lord, send me back 99 that I have left behind. I am likely to do good." Nay, it is merely a word that he is uttering. There is a barrier behind all of them (who are dead) until the Day when they will be raised up. 100 Then, when the Trumpet is blown, there will be no kinship among them that Day, nor will they ask of one another. 101 Then he whose balances shall be heavy - these! they are the blissful ones. 102 And he whose balances shall be light - these are they who have lost themselves; in Hell they are abiders. 103 The fire lashes their faces and therein are shriveled lips. 104 Have not My revelations been rehearsed unto you, and them ye have been belying? 105 They will say: "Our Lord! Our wretchedness overcame us, and we were (an) erring people. 106 Our Lord! Oh, bring us forth from hence! If we return (to evil) then indeed we shall be wrong-doers. 107 [But] He will say: "Away with you into this [ignominy]! And speak no more unto Me! 108 Lo! there was a party of My slaves who said: Our Lord! We believe, therefor forgive us and have mercy on us for Thou art Best of all who show mercy; 109 But you took them for laughingstock, mocking at them, until they caused you to forget My remembrance. 110 [But,] behold, today I have rewarded them for their patience in adversity: verily, it is they, they who have achieved a triumph!" 111 He will say: How long tarried ye in the earth, counting by years? 112 They will say: "We stayed for a day or part of a day. Ask of those who keep count of this." 113 He will say: "You stayed there only a moment, if you knew. 114 "Did you think that We had created you in play (without any purpose), and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 Then, exalted be God, the true King, there is no deity except Him, the Lord of the Glorious Throne. 116 Whoever worships another god apart from God, for which he holds no proof, will have to account for it before his Lord. Verily the unbelievers will not prosper. 117 (Muhammad), say, "Lord, forgive me and grant me mercy; You are the best of the Merciful Ones. 118
