But nay, I swear by all that you can see 38 And that which ye see not. 39 Most surely, it is the Word brought by an honored Apostle, 40 And it is not the speech of a poet; how little do you believe! 41 Nor is it the word of a soothsayer -- how little you reflect! 42 It is a Revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 43 And if Muhammad had made up about Us some [false] sayings, 44 We would indeed have seized him by his right hand 45 And We should certainly then cut off the artery of his heart: 46 and not one of you would have been able to withhold Us from doing so. 47 And verily it is an admonition unto the God-fearing. 48 We certainly know that some among you do deny it. 49 And most surely it is a great grief to the unbelievers. 50 And verily it is the truth of assured certainty. 51 So glorify the name of your Lord Most Great. 52
