If We extend anyone's life, We reverse his development. Can they not use their reason? 68 We have not instructed the (Prophet) in Poetry, nor is it meet for him: this is no less than a Message and a Qur'an making things clear: 69 by which he may warn those who are living and may let the words of God come true against the unbelievers. 70 Have they not seen how that We have created for them of that Our hands wrought cattle that they own? 71 We have subdued them to them, and some of them they ride, and some they eat; 72 And they have therefrom other benefits and drinks. Will they not then give thanks? 73 And they have appointed Gods other than Allah, that perhaps they may be helped! 74 they are unable to succour their devotees, even though to them they may [appear to] be hosts drawn up [for succour]. 75 However, be not grieved by the sayings of those [who deny the truth]: verily, We know all that they keep secret as well as all that they bring into the open. 76 Has the human being not considered that We have created him from a drop of fluid. He is openly quarrelsome. 77 And he strikes out a likeness for Us and forgets his own creation. Says he: Who will give life to the bones when they are rotten? 78 Say, "He who brought them into being in the first instance will give them life again: He has knowledge of every type of creation: 79 [It is] He who made for you from the green tree, fire, and then from it you ignite. 80 Is not He who created the heavens and the earth able to create the like of these? Yea! He is the Supreme Creator, the Knower. 81 Whenever He wills a thing, He just commands it “Be” and it is. 82 So glory be to Him, in whose hand is the dominion of everything, and unto whom you shall be returned. 83
God the Almighty always says the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
