The Elephant (Al-Feel)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon) before Daybreak (Al-Falaq)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Have you not considered how your Lord dealt with the possessors of the elephant? 1 Did He not make their treacherous plan go astray? 2 by sending against them flocks of swallows 3 Which hit them with stones of baked clay, 4 Thus He made them like stubble cropped by cattle? 5

True are the words of God the Almighty.
