Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 And saved them and their people from the great distress, 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 We gave them the enlightening Book, 117 And We guided them both on the right way. 118 and left for them among the later folk 119 'Peace be upon Moses and, Aaron!' 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 They were two of Our believing servants. 122 Elijah too was one of the messengers. 123 When he said to his people: "Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal, and abandon the Best of creators? 125 Allah is your Lord and the Lord of your fathers, the ancients' 126 But they cried him lies; so they will be among the arraigned, 127 except the sincere servants of God. 128 We preserved a good name for him among posterity. 129 Peace be on Ilyas. 130 This is how We reward the virtuous. 131 Verily he was one of Our bondmen believing. 132 AND, BEHOLD, Lot was indeed one of Our message-bearers; 133 We saved him and all his kinsmen, 134 except an old woman who was among those that stayed behind; 135 and We destroyed the rest. 136 You pass by (their habitations) in the morning 137 and at night, will you not understand? 138
