The All Compassionate (Al-Rahman)
78 verses, revealed in Medina after Thunder (Al-Ra'ad) before The Human (Al-Insan)
In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful
۞ AR-RAHMAN 1 has taught the Quran to (Muhammad). 2 has created man, 3 and taught him its pronunciation. 4 The sun and moon revolve to a computation; 5 and the stars and the trees bow themselves; 6 He raised the heavens and set up the measure, 7 That ye should not trespass in respect of the balance. 8 Always measure with justice and do not give short measure. 9 He set down the earth for the creation. 10 Wherein are fruit and sheathed palm-trees, 11 Husked grain and scented herb. 12 Which favors of your Lord will you both (humans and jinn) belie? 13 He created man of clay like, unto pottery. 14 And He created the jinn of a flame of fire. 15 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 16 Lord of the two Easts, and Lord of the two Wests! 17 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 18 He let forth the two seas that meet together, 19 between them a barrier they do not overpass. 20 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 21 From them come forth the pearl and the coral. 22 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 23 His are the lofty ships, that rear aloft on the sea like mountains. 24 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 25

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
