Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 When their brother Noah said unto them: Will ye not ward off (evil)? 106 Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 107 So keep your duty to Allah, and obey me. 108 I seek of you no reward for this: my reward is with none except the Lord of the Universe. 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 Their account falls only upon My Lord, if you were but aware. 113 And I am not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a clear warner." 115 They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned." 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 So open between me and them an opening, and save me and the believers who are with me' 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 And drowned the rest of them. 120 There is certainly a sign in that; but most of them do not believe: 121 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
