Say: "Truly am I a Warner: no god is there but the one Allah, Supreme and Irresistible,- 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is in between them, the Most Mighty, the Most Forgiving.” 66 Say: "This is a message tremendous: 67 To which you pay no heed. 68 I had no knowledge of the exalted assembly [of angels] when they were disputing [the creation of Adam]. 69 "Only this has been inspired to me, that I am a plain warner." 70 (Remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "Truly, I am going to create man from clay". 71 And when I have made him and have breathed into him of My spirit. Fall down in homage before him." 72 The angels prostrated themselves, all of them. 73 Except Iblis (Satan) he was proud and was one of the disbelievers. 74 God said, "Satan, what prevented you from prostrating yourself to what I created with My own Hands? Were you overcome by arrogance, or are you of those who think [only] of themselves as exalted?" 75 He (satan) replied: 'I am better than he. You created me from fire, and You created him from clay' 76 The Lord said, "Get out of here. You deserve to be stoned! 77 And indeed, upon you is My curse until the Day of Recompense." 78 Said he, 'My Lord, respite me till the day they shall be raised.' 79 Answered He: "Verily, so [be it:] thou shalt be among those who are granted respite 80 till the Day of the known time' 81 [Iblees] said, "By your might, I will surely mislead them all 82 excepting those Thy servants among them that are sincere.' 83 God said, "This is the truth, I speak only the truth, 84 [That] I will surely fill Hell with you and those of them that follow you all together." 85 Say: 'I ask of you no wage for it, neither am I of those who take things upon themselves. 86 "It (this Quran) is only a Reminder for all the 'Alamin (mankind and jinns). 87 “And you will come to know of its tidings, after a while.” 88
