We have placed the signs of the Zodiac in the sky, and decked it out for those who can see; 16 And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, 17 but if anyone eavesdrops, he is pursued by a bright flaming fire. 18 And the earth We spread out, and placed therein firm mountains, and caused to grow therein all kinds of things in due proportion. 19 And We have appointed thereon for you livelihoods and also for those of whom ye are not the providers. 20 There is nothing except that its treasuries are with Us and We do not send it down except in a known measure. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then We send down water from the heaven and We give it to you to drink, and thereof ye could not be the treasurers. 22 It is We who give life and We who give death, and We are the One who will abide. 23 And indeed We know those among you who came forward and indeed We know those among you who remained behind. 24 and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. 25
