And the dwellers of the Rock certainly rejected the apostles; 80 And We gave them Our Signs, but they were averse to them. 81 Out of the mountains did they hew (their) edifices, (feeling themselves) secure. 82 and the Cry seized them in the morning; 83 Then availed them not that which they had been earning. 84 We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them save with truth, and lo! the Hour is surely coming. So forgive, (O Muhammad), with a gracious forgiveness. 85 Indeed, your Lord - He is the Knowing Creator. 86 And We have bestowed upon thee the Seven Oft-repeated (verses) and the Grand Qur'an. 87 Strain not thine eyes. (Wistfully) at what We have bestowed on certain classes of them, nor grieve over them: but lower thy wing (in gentleness) to the believers. 88 And say: Surely I am the plain warner. 89 Like as We sent down on the dividers 90 and also divided the Quran believing in some parts and rejecting others. 91 By the Lord, We will hold them all responsible 92 For all that they used to do. 93 So shout that thou art commanded and turn thou away from the idolaters. 94 Truly! We will suffice you against the scoffers. 95 who set up another god with God, but they shall soon learn. 96 We certainly know that you feel sad about what they say against you. 97 Therefore celebrate the praise of your Lord, and be of those who make obeisance. 98 And serve your Lord until there comes to you that which is certain. 99
