All that lives on earth or in the heavens is bound to pass away: 26 Only the Supreme Essence of your Glorious and Gracious Lord will remain forever. 27 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 28 All that are in the heavens and the earth entreat Him. Every day He exerciseth (universal) power. 29 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 30 O you twain, who are a burden (on the earth), We shall attend to you and call you to account. 31 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 32 O company of jinn and mankind, if you are able to pass beyond the regions of the heavens and the earth, then pass. You will not pass except by authority [from Allah]. 33 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 34 (If you so venture) a flame of fire and smoke shall be lashed at you, which you shall be unable to withstand. 35 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 36 When the sky is rent asunder, and becomes red like red leather, 37 which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 38 on that day none shall be questioned about his sin, neither man nor jinn. 39 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 40 The guilty ones will be recognized by their faces and will be seized by their forelocks and feet. 41 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 42 This is Gehenna (Hell) which the sinners belied, 43 they shall go round between it, and between a hot, boiling water. 44 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 45
