O ye who believe! Let not your riches or your children divert you from the remembrance of Allah. If any act thus, the loss is their own. 9 Spend for the cause of God out of what We have given you before death approaches you, and say, "Lord, would that you would give me respite for a short time so that I could spend for Your cause and become one of those who do good". 10 But to no soul will Allah grant respite when the time appointed (for it) has come; and Allah is well acquainted with (all) that ye do. 11
